Manon Jacquin

I'm a product engineer who builds end-to-end for startups. Mission driven, love to ship things, iterate, create, and learn while doing so.

In practice, I build with LLMs pragmatically (not just ChatGPT wrappers), own products from idea to iteration, and excel in listening to your users. I test in production and iterate based on feedback.

What gives me energy: working with startups and helping founders crystallize ideas and map out 0 → 1 rollouts.

Recent builds include a legal AI search prototype (RAG pipelines for lawyers), receipt scanner for solopreneurs (turning paper chaos into structured data), and enterprise auth systems with proper security.

I have a soft spot for the great north, surviving into the wild, and remoteness. My most recent adventure was spending 40 days mountaineering in the Himalayas with NOLS, in complete autonomy.

What I am up to

I am building QuickExpense: a receipt scanner using LLM to turn receipts into new expense and tax optimisation for solopreneurs. I am building it public, you can check the roadmap here. I am also learning Rust as part of the Backend Climb open-source curriculum I co-designed for engineers interested in levelling up their fundamental understanding of how computers work.

I'm available for fractional engagements. As a Climate Base fellow, clean tech projects and SaaS especially welcome!
